Why Al…Why!?
I think this comes down to Al Davis wanting to be the one to bring the Raiders back to their former glory. But at 78 years old, he just doesn’t have the ability to do this. If Lane Kiffin is gone after only one year, the Raiders will be taking another step backwards. GIVE THE KID SOME TIME!!
It’s bad enough that defensive coordinator Rob Ryan wants out and can’t leave. But it is downright disturbing Davis can’t comprehend that the Silver and Black have a coach in Kiffin who can turn things around if he is given the power. I just don’t get it.
Why Al why? What’s the worse that can happen if you give Kiffin the power he wants? You can’t do much worse than 4-12.

I never understood interventions. What’s the point of being told you drink too much from a room full of reasons why you drink in the first place?
