Will the NFL ever become weed friendly?
The NFL has come out and said weed is still illegal under Federal Law, ergo players will be suspended if they are caught. But if the Feds don’t step in and block Colorado and Washington from letting everyone smoke the wacky tobacky, will the NFL’s stance change? REAL TALK: Proposition 34
I don’t know if this is good or bad but, Proposition 34 (the anti-death penalty ballot initiative) was narrowly defeated by a vote of 52.8% to 47.2%.
I had a difficult time deciding on Prop 34. I literally didn’t know if I was going to vote yes or no while I was in the booth. I agree with both sides. I kind of always have. While thinking, I asked myself how I would feel if someone I cared about was murdered. I would be pissed and I would want that person punished. Then I asked myself if killing the murderer would bring my loved one back. So in the end I voted yes. But I still don’t feel that great about it.
Wow, I’m flip flopping like Mitt Romney.
