Sean Taylor dead at 24
Sean Taylor has died. I’m shocked. I’m disgusted. I just can’t understand why crap like this has to happen. Taylor was only 24 years old.
Early Monday Sean was sleeping at his Florida home with his girlfriend. His one year old daughter was also in the room. Taylor tried to protect his family with a machete from an intruder. Shots were fired and Taylor was hit in the upper leg. It looked like Sean was going to pull through, but it wasn’t meant to be. Its a shame Taylor didn’t own a gun. But because of his probation he wasn’t allowed to own one.
Now people have the nerve to say that Sean Taylor got what he deserved. That he was a thug that couldn’t stay out of trouble. The man’s body isn’t even cold yet and people are casting judgment. These same idiots have no idea that after Taylor’s daughter was born he kept his nose clean. Coaches and fellow teammates were impressed with his turnaround.
I’m not going to speculate on the reasons why a daughter no longer has her father. I’m just pissed that people are opening their mouth before the facts come out.

I never understood interventions. What’s the point of being told you drink too much from a room full of reasons why you drink in the first place?
