(Video) Man Killed In Skid Row Officer-Involved Shooting
Tensions were high Sunday in downtown Los Angeles after a 45-year-old Black man was killed in an officer-involved shooting.
Cell phone video appears to show the man on L.A’s Skid Row as he grappled with police. The video, posted on Facebook, shows four officers struggling with the suspect near a curb when the clicking of what sounds like a stun gun is heard and then about five shots ring out.

I never understood interventions. What’s the point of being told you drink too much from a room full of reasons why you drink in the first place?
