Soon after later, I was going home
Soon after never, I couldnt see home
I realized that I couldnt make it alone

My paintings painted and its colorful
the sun is setting, the sky is colorful
I realized that i couldnt paint it alone

In my notebook, all the pages are full
No line was wasted, the gates where full
I realized that i couldnt enter it alone
So, soon and now will you lead me home

Unnerved by the weakness of being cold
Wrapped by the sickness of being cold
I realized that i couldnt warm me alone
So, soon and now will you lead me home

Words never came to me so ever slow
I motioned them toward me, they moved slow
I realized that i couldnt mend me alone
So, soon and now will you lead me home

Today I never saw, tomorrows the past
Loved one cry and now the sorrow has passed
I realized that i couldnt leave alone
So, soon and now will you lead me home

Lord I never knew you where keeping track
My time over yet i never finished this lap
I realized that i couldnt believe alone
it took awhile but i made it home
