Three men on their way to jail for game piracy

Dubbed "Operation Higher Education," the ongoing attempts to crack down on Internet piracy have led to the arrests of three more people responsible for the illegal distribution of copyrighted material. Seth Kleinberg, Jeffrey Lerman, and Albert Bryndzda have each pleaded guilty to criminal copyright infringment, and now face some serious jail time. The three men are the first Americans that have been convicted thanks to Operation Higher Education. Their sentencing takes place in July, where they will receive a plea-bargained sentence of three to six years.
