According to users on the Gaming Age forums, earlier today EBGames.com had the rumored Halo 2 expansion disc listed for sale. It appears to have been removed, but not before the price and this quote were taken from the page:
"The Halo 2 Multiplayer Map Pack is a collection of nine multiplayer maps, as well as non-playable video content (a cinematic and a mini-documentary). Delivered on a standard Xbox DVD disc, the multiplayer content can be used by gamers on Xbox Live as well as those who play multiplayer via System Link or via Split-screen (on one Xbox)."
The new maps have been rumored for awhile, but the extra video content is new. While rumors have also been circulating that new maps will be released by Bungie once or twice a month, those who just can't wait for maps through Live will be able to pick up the expansion disc in stores for $19.99. Bungie's official announcement is expected this Friday.
