The PS3 Will Have a "Huge" Hard Drive

A Business Week article today conclude that the PlayStation 3 will ship with a "huge internal hard drive, despite conflicting rumors over this feature.
According to the article, "It (the PS3) boasts a huge hard drive to store photos, music, and TV shows."
Sony Computer Entertainment president Ken Kutaragi has alluded to the PS3 being expensive, and the inclusion of a hard drive would certainly jack up the price further still. But it's not just the extra piece of hardware that would contribute to the extra cost, as it looks as if Sony is gearing the PS3 to be a complete digital entertainment center.
With a Blu-ray player, web surfing capabilities, and hard drive-based DVR functions, Sony is looking to the PS3 to boost its poor consumer-electronics sales.
