Police Seek Suspects In DJ Megatron's Shooting Death
Hot 97's DJ Megatron was shot and killed in Staten Island, New York last night (March 27th).
According to reports, DJ Megatron, born Corey McGriff, was shot in the chest and killed, when he was heading to a store around 2:00am.
Police are still seeking a motive, but it appears that DJ Megatron may have been the victim of a robbery gone wrong.
Witnesses reported seeing at least four young men running from the scene of the fatal shooting, which took place on Osgood Avenue, just off Vanderbilt Ave.
DJ Megatron was shot in the chest, the bullet went through his left rib cage, lung and heart.
DJ Megatron leaves behind a wife and three children.
