Former G–Unit member Game will reunite with mentor Dr. Dre on his upcoming release the R.E.D. Album, which is due in stores on August 23rd.
Dre worked closely with Game at the beginning of his career and oversaw the release of his blockbuster debut The Documentary.
But their relationship soured when Game became embroiled in a beef with G–unit, resulting in him being kicked out of 50's crew, leaving Dr. Dre to take a neutral position in the matter, since both artists were signs to his label, Aftermath Entertainment.
Game told MTV in a new interview that he was excited to work with Dr. Dre on the R.E.D. Album.
“This album is the most incredible out of my career," Game told MTV News. “First I'm back with Dr. Dre, which is a bonus and dope for me. Second, executive produced by Pharrell, co-executive produced by myself and Mars.”
