Rapper E–40 has revealed that there is an imposter recording music and passing it off as authentic recordings by the Bay Area veteran.
A number of websites hosted a track named “Sugar Daddy” earlier this week, but the rapper is revealed that the song is 100% fake.
“I just want to let everyone know that’s not me on that song, it’s an imitator and that s**t is very unofficial,” E-40 told AllHipHop.com.
While E-40 has cleared up his role on the track, it is not known if the song is official, since it features legends Too $hort and Raphael Saddiq.
E-40 is seeking to have the fake song removed from the Internet, since he didn't record it.
