Gucci Mane appeared in the State Court of DeKalb County and asked for a reduced sentence today (October 28), according to Atlanta’s WGCL-TV.
The case stems from an incident in which a woman was pushed out a moving car in January, after she allegedly refused a sexual proposition from the rapper.
That caused Gucci to pick up two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct, and disorderly conduct.
This is just one more incident in a long string of court appearances for Gucci Mane.
Despite a Tweet last week from fellow Brick Squad member Waka Flocka that said, “Gucci home,” on October 21st, Gucci remains incarcerated.
Over the years, Gucci has been charged with murder (he was acquitted), assault, drug possession and other infractions.
Comments from both parties are expected following today’s proceedings.
