It looks like expecting parents, Jay-Z and Beyonce, are looking to expand their home for their growing family. The power couple was recently spotted mansion hunting down in Miami Beach, a far cry from their Tribeca loft in New York City. According to TMZ, Jay and Bey were scoping out Ricky Martin’s old pad, which is located in one of the ritzier parts of Miami Beach, known as “Celebrity Row.” Their neighbors include the likes of Miami Heat players Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade.
The mansion boasts a whopping 9,491 square feet of space with 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, complete with a swimming pool. Not to mention the ocean front views the house has to offer. It’s unconfirmed if the duo made an offer on the home but if they do, the ‘Livin’ La Vida Loca’ singer will earn a pretty penny since he bought the home in 2005 for $10 million and it’s now listed at $12.5 million.
This house is definitely big enough to house the 2,200 square foot nursery that is rumored for the couple’s upcoming baby.
We’re not entirely sure if any corner bodegas can be located in that area for Jay-Z to run out at 2 A.M. for Beyonce’s “pregnancy cravings.” They might have to settle for a 24-hour organic store or whatever the equivalent of a corner bodega is in “Celebrity Row.”
