  • Steve Harvey Revokes Eminem's 'Ghetto Pass,' Video Pulled From BET

Michael Jackson called in on Los Angeles radio station 100.3 this morning (October 12th) to voice his disapproval of the new Eminem video for his song "Just Lose It.”

In the video, Eminem plays the characters of Jackson, Madonna & MC Hammer and others.

The video shows scenes of Eminem dressed as Jackson sitting on a bed with children jumping around him.

With Jackson's recent troubles, the scenes are hitting a little too close to home for the King of Pop.

"I never had a problem with Eminem,” Jackson said during The Steve Harvey Morning Show.

Harvey also voiced his disgust with the rapper.

"Eminem has lost his ghetto pass,” Harvey declared. “We want the pass back."

Harvey said that he was displeased at the way Eminem chose to depict the black community.

He added that rappers who are afraid to say something because they don’t want to jeopardize their own careers are "cowards."

"You [Eminem] apologized about the comments you made before about us being ni**ers and calling black women b**ches but we don't want your apology now", Harvey fumed.

In a bombshell revelation, Harvey stated that Bob Johnson, Founder and CEO of BET has decided to pull the video from BET’s rotation and will not be playing it again.

Johnson also called The Steve Harvey morning show and confirmed the video has been pulled from the BET airwaves.

Johnson is expected to release a statement later today about this issue.

Harvey also stated that MTV and VH1 should follow suit and pull the video as well.

      its just a song.....

people just hate the fact that someone can legally point a finger at there problems and make a song about them, and they cant do shit....I personally dont like that new song by Eminem, and didnt feel it was worth 2 listens....But I guess Jacko did

Ya, Em's new song is garbage. But it will sell because its eminem.

But any ways, I can see why MJ is pissed about the song. But he should'nt be calling companies to take the video of the air.

          Eminem

This just shows that Eminem can make a song with no effort put into it whatsoever and it will still stir up controversy. He always has that one song that is on his albulms that no one likes, including himself, he just has to make something for the radio because the record company forces him to. Perfect examples are "My name is" and "The real Slim Shady", those songs were not originally on the albulms at first but he was forced to make poppy songs. I am not worried though because you know ENCORE is going to be off the chain.

They are making a big hype over this Eminem shit here in Dallas where Steve Harvey lives, on 97.9 The Beat, and a person from our area called in the other day, and asked Steve why he is trying to revoke Dr. Dre's pass too, since Dre was in the video, and since Dre says what is acceptable, and not acceptable, and Steve Harvey's comment was something like "I like Dre. Dre and I our friends. Dre is a brother." So the war is this, Eminem is whte, and Steve Harvey pretty much made that clear, it is Eminem who is white trying to take over the world of Hip Hop which is a part of black culture. The guy that called in made a good comment, he stated that Eminem has to work harder then almost anyone out there who has made it in the game, all because he is white, and not black.
