  • Karinne "Superhead" Steffans Releasing Tell All Book

Perhaps Usher injected Superhead with some of his truth serum, because reports suggest that the reformed groupie has some confessions of her own she wants to get off her chest.

Karinne "Superhead" Steffans has inked a deal with the HarperCollins imprint, Amistad Books, to release a book detailing her sexual excursions in the music industry, a publishing insider told the New York Post.

In addition to Usher, Steffans has been romantically - or otherwise - linked to hip-hop stars Jay-Z, Ja Rule, and Ice T.

Steffans credits the West Coast rapper-turned-actor for saving her and her son from an abusive relationship.

"The memoir is being described as a tell-all, but also a cautionary tale for young women who think that life in the entertainment world is all roses and no thorns," the source told the Post. "There is juicy dish on a number of multi-platinum and box-office blockbuster celebrities, including never before revealed tidbits about Karinne's escapades with some of hip-hop and Hollywood's leading men."

Of the many interesting adventures accounted in the chronicles of Superhead are "a five-day sex romp with a hugely successful, raspy-voiced rapper-actor" in 2000, and partying in Miami on New Year's Eve with Xzibit and Sean "P. Diddy" Combs.

Steffans, who is currently a columnist for King magazine, said she has also sold rights for a movie, "so when someone asks, what have I gotten out of this, the answer is my self-respect by being honest and unafraid, and about $7.3 million."
