Eminem Vs. Showtime court battle

Eminem and Showtime Networks have locked horns in court, as the pay network is suing the multi-platinum rapper. The network is suing Shady Touring and Eminem himself, claiming they negotiated with the rapper for two years to try to set up a live concert on one of Showtime�s pay channels. The network claims that Em�s inability to have a firm release date and his tour schedule prevented negotiations from taking place.
