Layzie Bone gets his finger bitten off
Bone Thugs N Harmony's A Layzie Bone fan recently gave a new meaning to the term "star-struck" as he literally struck the rapper recently. According to the Bone crew, Layzie and his wife invited fans-several men and women-to chill in their room at the Holiday Inn Express in Cathedral City, California.
One of the men reportedly attacked Layzie, apparently frustrated about a Krayzie Bone and Wish Bone show that had been canceled in nearby Palm Springs. Authorities said the show was cancelled because the organizers failed to obtain the proper permits. The man managed to bite one of Layzie's fingers and perforated the skin up to the bone. Layzie's comrades then held the man until police arrived on the scene.
Interestingly, the man was not arrested because Layzie wouldn't press charges or cooperate with the authorities. Layzie was immediately taken to the hospital and doctors were able to save his appendage. His finger received stitches and he is believed to be resting in Hawaii with his wife. He is still slated to join the rest of the group to begin recording a new album in two weeks. I guess there won't be any requisite middle finger-posing shots from the rapper anytime soon.
