Black Rob finally returns with his sophomore release, The Black Rob Report.
Due October 18, the album features the single "Ready" and is the Harlem emcee's first release in 5 years. The set features appearances by Akon and production by Tony Dofat and Buckwild among others.
In addition to releasing his sophmore cd, Black Rob is also giving fans a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas by entering a sweepstakes. Fans will have to call an 800 number that will be displayed on his commercials promoting the release of The Black Rob Report.
Black Rob, whose debut was released in 1999, has been on a five-year hiatus due to continuous legal problems. His latest included an arrest in 2004 for allegedly entering a hotel room in New York and taking over $6,000 in jewelry and $300 in cash.
The Black Rob Report is due n stores on Oct. 18.
