Documents of a lawsuit filed by Cam'ron after being jumped in Harlem, NY's Rucker Park have recently surfaced.
According to the court documents, Cam (born Cameron Giles), then 23, filed a suit for assault against an unknown assailant back in 1999. The documents describe how Cam got into an argument with approximately 15 men while at the park. The dispute boiled over, causing one of the men to knock him to the floor before kicking him in the head and groin. The assailant and the rest of the men then fled the park. Killa was then taken to Bellevue Hospital where he was treated and released.
Though Cam'ron is the sole plaintiff listed on the documents, rumors say Jim Jones was also assaulted during the incident.
Cam claims Jay-Z attempted to get footage of him and Jones getting jumped for his "I Declare War" concert. There's no word whether Cam was refering to the Rucker footage.
