Mobb Deep's recent album release party turned violent when protégé 40 Glocc knocked a fan out onstage at New York's Roxy nightclub.
An unidentified man snuck past security and hoped onstage as Mobb was performing. Word is the man refused to leave the stage and became menacing, prompting 40 Glocc to punch him. The rapper wasn't charged in the incident.
40 Glocc's rep could not be reached for comment.
Meanwhile, authorities had reportedly been waiting outside Roxy to arrest Prodigy on a warrant. On his G-unit Radio show, DJ Whoo Kid recently said that the warrant was for failing to appear at a previous court date.
In related news, Mobb released Blood Money on G-Unit Records on May 2. The group recently signed 40 Glocc to their Purfek Storm Entertainment.
