50 Cent has been in his shares of feuds, beefs, battles...whatever you want to call them. Upon hearing sources ask Lloyd Banks whether he had any static with Swizz Beatz, Fif jumped in and broke down his theory on competitive disses and street feuds sparked from raps. "Hip-hop is competitive. There wasn't a reason for Kool Moe Dee to go at Brucie B. There wasn't a reason for KRS-One to jump on [MC] Shan," Fiddy explained. "It's just competitive, but the nature of it is starting to have so much of the real street mentality in it, that people are starting to...it changed, it was a huge transition from the Big Daddy Kane era.

As [Notorious] Big passed, the terminology from battling turned into beef to the actual real deal out in the streets."

"The scary part is some of them become convincing enough for you to believe them," Fif added. "Cause you gon move with enough to respond to that. It's based on who make a move when in that type of situation."
