Lloyd Banks' sophomore album, Rotten Apple, which was scheduled for release this month, has been pushed back.

Rotten Apple was slated for release on July 18th. According to an Interscope representative, the album will now hit shelves on September 19th.

Rotten Apple will reportedly feature appearances from the entire G-Unit family, 8Ball, Rakim and Scarface, and production is supplied by Timbaland, Eminem and Havoc, among others.

The album's first single, "Hands Up", features 50 Cent and is presently in rotation on major radio station across the U.S.

In related news, Banks will be among numerous Interscope artists highlighted in "The Sprint Music Series". The series, which is only available for Sprint customers, kicked off last month and airs every Friday, boasting exclusive interviews and studio sessions by Busta Rhymes, Obie Trice, Mobb Deep and Olivia.
