Terror Squad leader Fat Joe and D-Block lyricist Jadakiss are slated to appear on the debut album of singer/socialite Paris Hilton.
The rappers will be featured alongside the heiress on "Fightin' Over Me," one of 11 songs on the Warner Bros. Records album, titled Paris.
Hilton will embark on a mini-tour to promote the project, one week before its scheduled release. The tour will stop in Miami, New York City and Los Angeles.
Hilton will do double duty on the outing as she greet fans and autograph copies of her CD booklet at in-store signing events during the day and appear at CD release parties during the evening. Music from the album will be played at the release parties.
In addition to Jadakiss and Fat Joe, Paris includes production from Scott Storch (Beyoncé), Jonathan "J.R." Rotem (Rihanna) and Dr. Luke (Kelly Clarkson).
Veteran songwriters Kara DioGuardi (Christina Aguilera), Billy Steinberg (Madonna) and Sheppard Solomon (Natalie Imbruglia) also collaborated with the singer for the project.
Hilton is currently enjoying the success of her first single, the reggae-tinged "Stars Are Blind." The song is number 15 on Billboard's Top 40 chart.
Fans can get a glimpse of behind-the-scenes footage of the making of the album by tuning into Paris, a half-hour music special featuring interviews with Hilton, Storch and Fat Joe.
Paris is scheduled to hit stores Aug. 22. The music special will air at 10:30 p.m. tonight (Aug. 8) on MTV and 7:30 p.m. Wednesday (Aug. 9).
