Monique Wayne, the mother of DMX's child outside his marriage, is reportedly suing the Yonkers bred rapper for defamation of character.
According to The New York Post, the suit stems from a recent interview that DMX gave to Sister 2 Sister magazine, claiming Wayne sexually assaulted him as he slept.
"She raped me," DMX told the magazine's editor Jamie Foster Brown. "I mean, you know, that might sound like some bullshit? No man has ever been... you know what I mean, like never? Is that the only thing in the world that's not possible?"
Wayne says DMX knows the sex was consensual and she's suffered "severe emotional distress" as a result of his lies.
Representatives for DMX had no comment when contacted.
In related news, DMX (born Earl Simmons) is expected to appear in court on December 18th over driving charges relating to an arrest in his hometown.
X was stopped in the Saw Mill River Parkway, NY on Tuesday (October 9) for driving with suspended registration and without a license. His vehicle was impounded.
