A second wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against actress/singer Brandy for the December freeway crash, which caused the death 38-year-old woman.
The lawsuit, filed earlier this month by the two sons of the woman, said unspecified injuries to the children will likely cause some permanent disability, according to the Associated Press. They are suing for unspecified damages as of press time.

"), causing a four-car accident, resulting in 38-year-old Awatef Aboudihaj being fatally injured, while her two sons suffered non-fatal injuries.
On January 30th, the family of the late woman filed $50 million wrongful death lawsuit against the singer, claiming the death was caused by "reckless driving" on the part of Brandy, whose Land Rover initially hit the victim's.
The city attorney's office is still deciding whether to charge the singer with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter, which was recommended by California Highway Patrol investigators, spokesman Jonathan Diamond said Wednesday.
If charged and convicted, 28-year-old Brandy could face up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
