Rapper Coolio was arrested in Hollywood early Tuesday morning (June 10) for an outstanding traffic warrant.
According to reports, the 44-year-old rapper (real name: Artis Ivey) was pulled over by police on Sunset Blvd after cops noticed expired tags on his 1996 Hummer.
During the routine stop, they realized Coolio had an outstanding warrant, so he was arrested and booked on an outstanding misdemeanor traffic warrant for driving with a suspended license.
He was jailed and released at around 6:30 a.m. after posting $10,000 bond.
Coolio is most known for his hit single, "Gangsta's Paradise," in 1995 and featured in the film "Dangerous Minds," starring Michelle Pfeiffer.
As of late, he's been cooking. Yes, he launched an Internet television show called "Cooking with Coolio."
