Controversial rapper DMX has once again been denied bail by a judge in a Florida courtroom yesterday (August 26).
According to South Florida’s Local 10 news, the multi-platinum selling rapper was hoping to receive permission to travel to Arizona where he is facing a number of animal cruelty charges.
Upon being denied bail, X did not hesitate to show his frustration by uttering “I ain’t going to no f*cking jail,” before being scolded by Judge Lawrence Schwartz.
“Oh, well that just ingratiated you to me,” Schwartz told X’s attorney. “You need to tell your client I have heard the f word before. He can send it to me anytime he wants but it certainly doesn’t help his stature of being a good guy.”
After X was escorted outside, the judge reminded his lawyer of proper etiquette and manners when addressing a man in his position.
The former Def Jam artist was recently taken in to police custody after being issued a warrant for his arrest earlier this month for failure to appear in court stemming from drug possession charges.
This marks the second time X has been denied since last week (August 18) when his request was revoked.
