Scott Peterson trial…circumstantial evidence?

What are your thoughts about the prosecution being able to get a conviction based on circumstantial evidence?

For those interested, I found that Court TV’s Nancy Grace is conducting a series of live interviews with some interesting people related to the case. Some people scheduled for the shows are Juror #5, FBI agents, detectives, etc. This airs Monday – Thursday (July 13th – 15th) at 11pm each night.

I don't think they can get a conviction based only on circumstantial evidence. The punishment is too great. So they need more evidence then just that. Don't they??
