NFL Sunday Ticket on PS3?

When DirecTV extended their NFL Sunday Ticket deal with the NFL last year, both parties agreed to the deal, but only if DirectTV made NFL Sunday Ticket available to non-DirecTV owners. However, it would only be available through the internet for the non-DirecTV users. Does anyone think that this can pave the way for us to get an NFL Sunday Ticket application of the PS3 like the one they have for MLB?

That would be so EPIC!

But I doubt Sony would put up the money to make this happen. Microsoft has deeper pockets and it would have probably happened on the Xbox 360 by now if it was possible.
