  • Super Bowl XXXIX (39): New England Patriots vs Philadelphia Eagles

Pretty much everyone in the media and most people I talk to think the Patriots are going to blow out the Eagles.

I already knew that whatever team the Eagles faced in the Super bowl they would be the underdogs and everyone and their mother would pick against them.

Just remember how nobody outside of Boston thought that the Patriots would beat the Rams back in 2001. And for those that thought Pittsburgh had the best defense in the NFL.........the Eagles gave up less points when the starters were playing, the Steelers only caught up to them when the starters were pulled.

The Eagles have the best secondary in the NFL, and the run defense has been on point since Trotter has stepped in, so keep thinking that this is a walk in the park for the Pats.......that's when the KO punch comes, when you least expect it.

Ya'll *****z thought we were done without T.O. You forgot all about THE PEOPLE'S CHAMP!!!

    Eagles don't stand a chance

    ^^^^Poor misguided soul...

Did you see what the Patriots did to the Steelers? Better yet did you see what the Patriots did to the Colts so called great offense? The fact that M. Harrison, E. James, R. Wayne, and Stokely couldn't do Jack against the Pats should have you scared to death.

I don't care how good the Eagles defense is. Their offense is going to kill them. The Eagles will beat themselves. The Pats are going to feast on every turnover and 3 and out the eagles give them.

I think philly fans are loyal but on super bowl sunday you shall see Donavan McNabb upchucking his chunky soup.

The point spread of 7 points is there for a reason. I see the Pats ended this one quick, fast, and in a hurry. The game should be over by half time.

The more I think about it, the more I think that the Pats are going roll right over the eagles. Teddy Bruschi is gonna smack Mcnabb around. Correy Dillon is gonna get 120 yards+. If T.O. plays then he wont do much. With the pressure coming from Willy Mcginest and Jarvis Green, Mcnabb is just going to through to T.O. and get picked off.

The only thing the Eagles have proven is that they can beat 2 sorry ass NFC teams without T.O.

If the Panthers had gotten to the playoffs, the eagles would have been FUCKED!!!

If Owens (if he plays) doesn't make something happen in this game, the Eagles will fried after the first quarter.

And the so called "People's Champ" is gonna be eatin alive by harrison.
