Edge has unfortunately suffered another injury, which will further delay his return to WWE.
Edge has been out due to a neck injury for which he had surgery for back in 2003. He was scheduled to begin his rehab last week in Ohio Valley Wrestling last week; however somewhere along the line he suffered a badly sprained ankle. As a precaution, he’s wearing a boot and is expected to do so for a good month.
Before Edge suffered the ankle injury, he was expected to work in OVW where he would get back into ring shape, before making his return. He was expected to make his return in around a month’s time; however now he’s suffered a further injury this will delay his return slightly.
