Jeff Hardy plea bargained down three counts in North Carolina court today: two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and one count of conspiracy to traffic in a substance containing opium.
He was sentenced to ten days in jail, fined $100,000 and given 30 months probation. He also was mandated to attend a drug abuse treatment program. Hardy will be allowed to travel because of the nature of his job.
