Since last night's RAW was the final selling tool for the RAW side before WrestleMania XX, a lot of focus was placed on how well the promos built-up the matches this weekend.
The backstage feeling was that while the segments involving HHH/HBK/Benoit, Kane, and Rock/Foley/Evolution did their job of promoting Sunday's event, Austin's promo was a bit lacking. Considering many felt Lesnar vs. Goldberg could have been the most important match for the show, the feeling was that Austin's promo needed to better hype the match this weekend.
Austin will have one more chance to promote the PPV tonight when he appears on SmackDown! to confront Brock Lesnar.
