Molly asked for her release, it's not like WWE desperately wanted to get rid of her. In fact, many within the company tried to stop Molly from negotiating her release on Monday, but the sad truth is: the ones that realized her value to the company were NOT the ones in any position to convince Molly that things would change if she stuck around. The top guys in talent relations and development didn't say Word One to Molly, and are the ones who helped create the environment in which Molly was no longer happy working to begin with.
